ADOPTED BUDGET AND GIVEN DATA PLAN APPROVAL GIVEN FOR THE REGULATION PLAN OF LANDFILL "BUBANJ"

Palilula Municipality adopted a budget for 2015. It is about ten percent lower than this year and is about 156 million dinars. Palilula Municipality as well as other city municipalities in Nis passed on program budgeting instead of so far linear. Board members of the government and the opposition agree that this budget at the moment is only possible, but pointed to an unacceptable allocation of resources to other municipalities.

"The budget of Palilula Municipality is 13.8 million lower than in the previous year, and our ability to secure additional funds are limited, explained the president Boban Džunić. Palilula, with over 90,000 inhabitants is one of the municipalities that belong to the poorest population in Serbia. Therefore, we are not satisfied with these resources that are available to us in 2015. Regardless of the measures of savings already taken, in the words of President Džunić, for social security benefits resources will not be reduced, through development projects and we expect additional donor funds.

Councilmen of Palilula Assembly, on the fourteenth session, chaired by Milos Stojkovic, gave the first opinion on the Plan of detailed regulation of landfill waste '' Bubanj '' in the City of Nis teritory. At this Plan intensively was worked last year and has been worked this year, in order to regulate the area of the existing landfill in Nis and preserve the environment, said Miroljub Stankovic, Deputy of the head of the Administration for planning and construction of the City of Nis.
